Mousse au chocolat

- Náročnost: jednoduché

- Hotové za: 2h20
- Potřebujete (6 osob): 200 g čokolády na vaření, 100 g másla, 6 vajec, 40 g cukru
- Rozlámejte a za stálého míchání nechte rozpustit čokoládu ve vodní lázni. Poté jemně přidejte máslo.
- Stáhněte z ohně a přidejte 4 žloutky, dobře promíchejte.
- Z 6 bílků a cukru udělejte sníh, který opatrně přidáte do vychladlé čokolády.
- Rozdělte výslednou směs do pohárků a dejte na 2 hodiny do lednice.
P. S.: Obrázek přidám, až ji budu zase někdy tvořit. Naposledy jsem ji totiž zapomněla vyfotit.
